Rikus Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 For the new SU27 PFM, can we modify the curves in the HOTAS options? Or we have to leave as default, don´t touch nothing like the Su25 Cheers
Esac_mirmidon Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 Don´t touch axis curves, only little deadzone if your stick isn´t precise enough. " You must think in russian.." Rikus Posted November 12, 2014 Author Posted November 12, 2014 Thanks for the answers guys. I have a Saitek X52PRO I don´t understand very well Eric, can you put some pics please? Thanks
Suchacz Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 You can try curvature 15, it is very comfortable for me in every DCS module Per aspera ad astra! Koekemoeroetoe Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 I think it's a matter of what you feel is best. Personally I use 0 deadzone and 25 curvature on all axis (roll, pitch, rudder). Works best for me with both helos and planes. Joystick: HOTAS Warthog. Joe Kurr Posted November 12, 2014 Posted November 12, 2014 I also use a custom curve for the throttles. If you use a TM Warthog with the AB detent in place, set a custom throttle curve and use the values below: 0, 3, 8, 23, 38, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 Now you will have around 95-100% dry thrust at the detent, and afterburners when you lift the throttles past the detent. Rikus Posted November 17, 2014 Author Posted November 17, 2014 (edited) Thank you very much, i´ll have a try But to have the best experience with the PFM, should we leave it as default? or touch the curves? Edited November 17, 2014 by Rikus
Esac_mirmidon Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Yo-Yo gave us and advice, don´t touch the curves. Only a little deadzone if needed. This don´t mean that you can´t touch the curves if you feel more confortable with other settings. Everyone has his own taste. " You must think in russian.."
