Soooo, maybe we also can pick up cargo from boats (thinking about humanitarian relief missions or logistic support missions from boats)??

 

Great idea, but i don`t think, we could place cargoes on ships in ME :/

But what if we place the cargoes on ships (by helicopters slings) in PREPARE MISSION mode? I`ll have to try that....

The cargo camera has been disabled and replaced by the cargo position indicator. See attached picture guide.

Yes it is - it works for Huey (there are both the new one, and the old cargo camera)

Got the same problem with Mi 8, i play without it.

Someone knows if the GMK-1A test (0 and 300) works well?

 

I think* that when you release the test button, the needle come back to the course from where the test started, but here the needle don't move.

 

*Yak-40 have a version of this system, but with 2 gyros.

Guys, I jst don't get it

 

LCTRL LSHIFT P doesn't show the cargo view (it sounds like it flips a switch but I can't find which one). The game panel shows LCTRL LSHIFT C for cargo view (but it actually opens side doors). None of them seems to work.

What about the hook/unhook command? Is it RCTRL RSHFT L?

I did selected the cargo through the radio menu first.

It works on the Huey along with the original cargo camera, so I'm thinking someone forgot to activate it on belsomtek's end for the mi-8.

 

You can attach the hook and pick up cargo with the HOOK command.

I know it says that, but I've had no luck activating any camera for the hook on the mi-8.

 

On the Huey it's not problem to activate either camera (new or old) and it's labelled as the astrocompass there too.

It says that for a reason. The camera view is not available in the Mi8. So no, you won't find it - which is no mystery given that there isn't a camera yet!

Rshift+Rctrl+P doesn't work.

It's the astrocompass, you can found it under ARK-UD panel.

 

For now, to hook my cargo i have to land near it

I hope in the futur we could have shadows of rotor in the cockpit
