Is there a way to permanently disable the throttle backlight LEDs so they don't come on again after every reboot? Is there a way to permanently disable the throttle backlight LEDs so they don't come on again after every reboot? Thx Yea theres actually an option but you need target for this setting... the Programm is called T.A.R.G.E.T Gui and you find the option "Control LED Sate" directly under the picture of the Throttle. hope i could help Regards Griffon26 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Never parachute into an area you've just bombed You never have too much fuel, unless you burn.
BitMaster Posted March 23, 2015 Posted March 23, 2015 I got one a month ago and the centre play is only there if you really look for it. In gameplay it is non existent but I have heard of examples with noticeable play out of the box. Problem is, the setting doesn't stick, so when I reboot the computer, the lights are on again. Wonder what I'm doing wrong... Yurgon Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Thanks, I know about target and I use it to turn off the LEDs. Problem is, the setting doesn't stick, so when I reboot the computer, the lights are on again. Wonder what I'm doing wrong... Same problem here; someone once told me it has to do with the USB connector powering down or not. Since I've got a USB hub with its own power supply, I plan to plug the throttle connector into the hub instead of into the PC and hope that'll solve the problem, but I haven't tried it yet.
spiddx Posted March 27, 2015 Posted March 27, 2015 So, could someone please specify: Is this a problem just I (and maybe some others) have or is it simply not possible? Is there a way to permanently disable the throttle backlight LEDs so they don't come on again after every reboot? Thx Specs: i9 10900K @ 5.1 GHz, EVGA GTX 1080Ti, MSI Z490 MEG Godlike, 32GB DDR4 @ 3600, Win 10, Samsung S34E790C, Vive, TIR5, 10cm extended Warthog on WarBRD, Crosswinds
snafup Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 So, could someone please specify: Is this a problem just I (and maybe some others) have or is it simply not possible? Hi, This isn't a problem for me, i just did it once in target. When i reboot it stays off.
spiddx Posted March 28, 2015 Posted March 28, 2015 I see, thanks. I'll search for solutions on my end then. Specs: i9 10900K @ 5.1 GHz, EVGA GTX 1080Ti, MSI Z490 MEG Godlike, 32GB DDR4 @ 3600, Win 10, Samsung S34E790C, Vive, TIR5, 10cm extended Warthog on WarBRD, Crosswinds
