MFG62 Joker Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 (edited) Version: openbeta:1.2.14.36041 Description: Singleplayer mission, airplane in parkposition. When entering the mission, gauges for temperatures and fuel content show NULL (zero). As soon as the mission is started, gauges start to climb to measured numbers. When immediately switching off Sammler circuit braker and/or killswitch all circuits should loose current/voltage and therfore all gauges should fall back slowly (due to capacity/inductive effects) to NULL. In this version gauges stay on measured numbers, I wonder where the energy should come from when Generator is not turning, Sammler is OFF and killswitch is engaged. Even waiting for 10 minutes doesn't show any effect. The same applies when switching off elt. Anlage after flight, when parked and all systems are shut off. Please advice if already reported.109 Batterie OFF gauges still active.trk Edited February 2, 2015 by I./ZG15_FALKE
MFG62 Joker Posted February 2, 2015 Author Posted February 2, 2015 Is this behavior to be reproduced by others? If so, is it reported already? :helpsmilie:
MFG62 Joker Posted February 5, 2015 Author Posted February 5, 2015 Does it make sense to post bugreports if no one picks them up, no one sends feedback? :( :music_whistling:
mugen Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Hi I./ZG15_FALKE, i just downloaded your trk-file, renamed it to .miz and fired it up in dcs openbeta:1.2.14.36041. I can confirm your observations and I come to the same conclusion that needles of temp gauges should fall down to resting position by gravity, when no electrical power is aplied. (Given that the fuse panel does cut all circuits and these temperature messurements are like pt100 or thermo element). greez mugen GIGABYTE Z690 Aorus Elite | i5-12600K | 32 GB DDR4 | 2x 980 NVMe | RTX 4090 | OR CV1 | Pimax 8K | PC360 | 34UM95 | 38GN950 | TIR5 + Track Clip Pro | T-50CM2 | TM Warthog + 27,5 cm extension | MFG Crosswind | Win10Pro x64

ED Team NineLine Posted February 27, 2015 ED Team Posted February 27, 2015 Hi sorry, finally looked at it. I agree something is not right, or at least doesn't seem like it, unless there is some reason I am not aware of, for example the Boost gauge seems to drop to zero when powered down, maybe there is some reason the ones in question don't, I can report it and see. nick10 Posted February 27, 2015 Posted February 27, 2015 Any chance the engine sound outside will be made more realistic?
