How to make Wingman take off simultaneously?

How is this done? The AI does it. But when im flying my Wingman allways waits for me to take off.

If you start on the runway, your wingman should take off with you. But not if you start from the ramp.

What do you mean by tapping The throttle?

I think he means that you could release the brakes, advance and return the throttle quickly just so that you start rolling and then brake again, then your wingman should trigger and start his takeoff roll as well. I do this when I start on the runway and when I see that my wingman starts rolling i start rolling, that way he stays close to me instead of 1000ft behind me.

 

EDIT: This is only if you actually start the mission on the runway. There is no way of making your wingman follow you from the ramp and then onto the runway afaik.

I often see the AI trying to land in pairs. I can't figure out how to prevent that, because they usually abort and sometimes even crash.

I think this is supposed to be fixed in DCSW 2.0.

Here's why i dont think it's a problem (95℅ of the times):

If you are taking off loaded with weapons, there should be at least 20 second gap between rolls.
