bunraku Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Hi Any good YouTube videos on using the TGP to setup for MAV shots? Thanks
Rongor Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Use your TGP as SOI. Locate target and make it SPI by TMS UP LONG. Slave all sensors to current SPI by CHINA HAT FORWARD LONG. Switch to MAV page on preferred MFCD. Set MAV as SOI. TMS UP SHORT. Fire. Done.
Kimi_uy Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 As rongor said, that's it. There are countless youtube tutorials for the a10, it only takes a lil bit of effort to find a proper one. ExcessiveHeadspace, Gerry Abbott, Bunyap Sims and even Ralfidude have done pretty cool tuts. Seek and you shall find. StrongHarm Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 They can all be found here, in a nice manageable index.. But here are a few that are good: It's a good thing that this is Early Access and we've all volunteered to help test and enhance this work in progress... despite the frustrations inherent in the task with even the simplest of software... otherwise people might not understand that this incredibly complex unfinished module is unfinished. /light-hearted sarcasm
StrongHarm Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 bunraku, while learning the TGP and Mav you'll be doing a lot of work with the HOTAS. Here's a reference card that puts all HOTAS functions in a more manageable and understandable format. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=59306 It's a good thing that this is Early Access and we've all volunteered to help test and enhance this work in progress... despite the frustrations inherent in the task with even the simplest of software... otherwise people might not understand that this incredibly complex unfinished module is unfinished. /light-hearted sarcasm
GeorgeLKMT Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Better IMHO. ■ L-39C/ZA Czech cockpit mod ■ My DCS skins ■
StrongHarm Posted May 20, 2015 Posted May 20, 2015 Agreed GeorgeLKMT, that's a good visual 'Funcational' Reference. The previous is a better visual 'Analysis'. Former is good for learning and remembering, latter is good for a quick glance if you forget in flight.. no doubt.
