Vinny002 Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Hi, guys! I noticed that the park brake in the P-51 don't work anymore. The P-51 moves at 1,500-2,000 R.P.M. even with the park brake on. Does anyone else notice this? Thanks! Cheers, Vincent
WildBillKelsoe Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Odd. Are you pulling it, hold it, squeeze both toe brakes in , then let go toe brakes, then let go parking brakes? Chief1942 Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 Like WildBill says, if that parking brake handle does not remain partially out AFTER you set the brakes, then they are NOT set. ApoNOOB Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015 You can also confirm that the parking brake is set via the control indicator.(rCtrl+enter)
Captain Orso Posted August 17, 2015 Posted August 17, 2015  I have to activate the brakes first and then pull the park-brakes handle and let it go.
