joey45 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Is this in MP or single player? The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. Yurgon Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Yeah, seen it a few times, too. I think usually only after the mission had been running for a while. Let's keep our eyes open and see if someone can save a track and check whether the issue is reproducible.
MadDog-IC Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Yeah, seen it a few times, too. I think usually only after the mission had been running for a while. Let's keep our eyes open and see if someone can save a track and check whether the issue is reproducible. See it in some SP missions whilst working on fixes for the Su-25T campaign missions. Usually caused by were the aircraft fly back to the airfield to land after a reasonable flight time and can't due to both of them trying to land at the same time in formation, they go around again and again doing the same thing until they run out of fuel and crash, but when they crash they do not die, they go underground all over the map. Exorcet Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 I've seen it in SP as well while watching aircraft land after a mission. I might have a track saved, I will have to check. Pilotasso Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 It is realistic. Proof: An F-14 tomcat being chased by 2 attack submarines! .
Yurgon Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Nice pic. :D Huh, if it's related to fuel, it should be easy enough to set an AI flight to 2% fuel and observe what happens and if the outcome depends on the task. I might try that tonight, but first come, first serve. :)
