Justificus Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 I have 3 monitors, my primary is 32" and I have 2 19" on either side. Downloaded and installed the beta just fine. Started it up and it is displaying across 2 of the monitors! they have different resolutions and it causes issues to say the least. :) There is no "options" button on the main screen so I can tell it what to use or how to set things up. How can I tell the game to only use my main primary monitor? Thanks! THe options button was moved to the top of the main menu screen. It is a cog inside the dark bar at the top. Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two. Come let's eat grandpa! Use punctuation, save lives!

This is my view: x1024 The part in the upper left corner (I marked it off) I can't see due to that monitor being 1280x1024 and my main monitor is 1920x1080... So I can't see it to get into it. So what I tried is to do is disable the other two monitors. Start the game. Looks fine and I can see the setup cog icon. Go into it and changes settings to 3 monitors (not sure if that will help or not) and change the aspect ratio from 1.7777777 to 16:9. All looks fine except I can't see any okay button, hitting enter does nothing... hitting tab to switch to different fields to eventually hit the okay button does nothing, hitting escape does nothing... and I'm stick in the settings screen and have to use task manager to kill the process... So nothing I do will let me fit the game onto my main monitor. I also found an options.lua file in my saved games folder that DCS creates. So I try to edit that hoping that will fix it. Nope, has no effect at all that I can see. triarii Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 (edited) same issue here monitor config is: 2 - 1 2 is a 1080p monitor and 1 is a 4k. the 4k uses windows display scaling and is the primary monitor. the game starts in 4k but pinned to the 1080 monitor. the game used to start in the 4k monitor ok. any help is appreciated. also i can't reach the settings button as it renders to the left of the 1080p monitor. Set it back to the default (which is too small with this setup and my eyes... lol) and I got it to work so I could change my settings. All is good now! dred516 Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Two Monitor setup Surround. After installing Open Beta version DCS only displays in one monitor. The other monitor just goes blank like it lost connection. When I exit DCS, the other monitor is active. Tried using my personal monitor config setup for 2 monitors and that didn't work. I had no issues with previous versions of DCS. Any Ideas Anyone?

I haven't tried changing my font sizes back to where I prefer them and didn't notice anything in the threads about the 3 updates we've had since release but was curious if anyone else has tried changing their font sizes and if it screwed up DCS being on one monitor of a multi-monitor setup. I though you wanted to run all 3 as one :music_whistling: did u try moving your monitors around in the windows setup?
