The editor shows the frequency NDB is not correct.

Yes, it is a bug in the ME that shows 1050khz as 1.1mhz

 

Novorossyk doesn´t have any beacon because is a closed aerodrome.

 

Sukhumi has 995khz (morse code A) and 489 (morse code AV)

Remember that Krasnodar only allows PRMG landings on RWY09. You can see it in the editor.

 

If you are directed to landing on RWY27, you don´t have PRMG aid for landing.

Setting the Landing Channel to 38 and the Glideslope / Nav / Landing switch to landing does not give any indikations on the course deviation or glideslope bar either.

I´m not sure whereas the two green lights should be lit for the landing channel being active.

same here. the only time I get indications is on chan 40 but the vertical deviation bar never moves. only horizontal on the ILS. and its not that helpful due to the offset of the station. If I follow it it seems to be landing on the taxiway. also having the separate channels from the L-39and Mig-21 is REALLY confusing. shouldn't those be the same numbers since its the same system?

I have no problems landing in RWY09 with PRMG indications.

thats actually a fair point. though I just assumed the station would remain active even when it isnt the active runway. due to weather conditions ie heavy fog/imc conditions, would need the PRMG. I dont think that gets taken into account when determining active runway as far as I know. if ILS is needed then that becomes active runway even if it means landing downwind within safety margins (here in the US)

Perhaps worth mentioning that in quick start missions the channel presets all show 220 in ME. May be same for RSBN

No Cibit. Channel preset are for the R-832M

 

As you can see in the ME, Krasnodar AFB only has PRMG in RWY09 (blue arrow) like Mozdok AFB, like the manual says.

 

The important setting is the weather like Tekrc says.

 

Don't compare nav systems of the L-39 with the simple solution that LNS makes for the 21.

In your mission PRMG works. Then i looked to weather and wind. I Set wind speed to 2m/s. PRMG didn't work.

 

PRMG RWY09 works with wind +3m/s +-90°
