VMFA117_Poko Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 Right! Looks solid. P.S. Congratulations for reaching FIFA World Cup Champion title by Your team! Nice match. But what Materazzi said to Zidane I wonder... Something about his mom?
Guest Hell Sqn Protos Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 S~! I was looking at these pedals and they seem rather poorly built for the money. CH are cheaper and don't look nearly as ugly. I like the feature set but not thrilled with the footrests. How do you find them?
Shaman Posted July 10, 2006 Posted July 10, 2006 Those SAITEK pedals look kinda weird to me, same like their joystick, but what the hell. But what Materazzi said to Zidane I wonder... Something about his mom? Yes, and worse.. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=395046&in_page_id=1770 long article but worth reading I'd do the same on Zidane's place. 51PVO Founding member (DEC2007-) 100KIAP Founding member (DEC2018-) :: Shaman aka [100☭] Shamansky tail# 44 or 444 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 100KIAP Regiment Early Warning & Control officer

Tovan Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Thanx thanx! He probably just doesn't like pizza.. eheh.. what a bad exit from his career.. Very Funny:thumbdown: , but i don't think that it was the case. Zidane would never have done that without a good reason. For what i know Italian players are good to insult others. He however exit with the adidas Golden Ball, the best player to grace the world stage in Germany. and be forever remembered as the 2006 FIFA world cup best player. Guest Hell Sqn Protos Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 S~! There is a guy over in IL2 called PropStrike that made a widened set that look not bad. I like the idea of opening up the stance a lot. Not sure I want to build the cabinet around it though. http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/49310655/m/3821084134/r/1791027834#1791027834

Guest Cali Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Wait till his wife finds out he's been farting into her decorative pillows in the guest bedroom. :D That made me spit cookies and milk all over my computer :megalol:
*Rage* Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I was hands on with these at E3. The only thing that was great about them was the width of the pedals. The pedals feel really mushy, imagine flying a huge fully loaded transport. The locks for the pedal adjustments are kinda flimsy, I doubt they'd last very long at my place. While I'd prefer a wider stance on my CH pedals the Saitek's aren't built well enuf to consider purchasing. And that's if you completely forget about CH's warranty. Saitek's isn't nearly as good. Thats a shame. i was waiting for the saiteks to be released. Guess the only other options are the CH ones or the Simped ones (££$$). peterj Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 I wonder why the pedals are designed so that you rest your foot on the pedal, IRL it seems a more common design that you rest your foot on the floor? http://www.hpnpilot1200.org/gallery/albums/Bonanza5/Rudder_pedals.jpg http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/flankers_pages/su-27sku_files/su-27sku_14a.jpg http://www2.airliners.net/open.file/1049095/M/
Dmut Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 You call this rudder pedals? ;) this is what I call The Rudder Pedals :) and I own them, actually :captain: "There are five dangerous faults which may affect a general: recklessness, which leads to destruction; cowardice, which leads to capture; a hasty temper, which can be provoked by insults; a delicacy of honor which is sensitive to shame; over-solicitude for his men, which exposes him to worry and trouble."
