JUICE-AWG Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 Thanks to WagMatt for vectoring me to the right place, so I'm posting an idea about creating a module pack of recently added aircraft, but modeled simplified like the Flaming Cliffs 3 collection of aircraft. Offering a simplified the M2000, L-39C, C-101, Hawk T.1A, MIG-21, F-86F, MIG-15 might make a good Module for like $39.99-$49.99. This could be segregated into creative marketing packs like "Vintage Jet Fighters" or "The Fighters of WWII" for example. Just having the simple versions available, it would be easy to market them as singles for $9.99 or grouped for sale bundles at various times. Additionally, A WW-2 Fighters Pack of simplified versions of the BF109-K4, P-51D, FW-190D-9, and any future models could make an excellent module for about the same price range. Finally, if possible, could you please consider releasing a Helicopter pack with simplified versions of the MI-8, UH-1H, and KA-50 with any future helicopter Mods as a Module...it too could be grouped for the same price range as stated in Paragraph 1. This is just my idea, I understand you guys have the big picture and all, but as a customer, I was thinking this would be something I'd purchase. JUICE-AWG Posted June 17, 2019 Author Posted June 17, 2019 I suggested this over three years ago and is it going to become a reality with FC4? https://stormbirds.blog/2018/05/22/speculation-and-thoughts-on-dcs-flaming-cliffs-4/ "There are only two types of aircraft, Fighters and Targets." Tom Kazansky Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 Simplify.... have a little pain to accept it but maybe ok.... But I won't spend a single buck for a non clickable cockpit module anymore. In fact I find the best simplification is a clickable cockpit. Can we think about a newbie module where you can choose between clickable and non clickable cockpit by setting checkbox and see what is preferred by new customers? Maybe they change from non to clickable pits later? Just a thought....
draconus Posted June 17, 2019 Posted June 17, 2019 I suggested this over three years ago and is it going to become a reality with FC4? It's going to be called Modern Air Combat - a separate product, not a module. https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3565024&postcount=150 Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
