However, experience soon tells them to get a false beard, speak in a gruff voice, and hide. There is nothing overt, nothing that could be called offensive, but they are treated very differently, and it shows. So don't be at all surprised if you don't get a single reply.

Where as us let seem to have a second brain that fails from time to time. Just curious thats all. And for referance I'm talking about A10c not any of this silly chasing each other about high up. I'm talking down in the grass making a difference sort of flying.

Being a lady or a gent isn't going to have that much, if any impact on their skill level, its probably gonna be based more on how much time the invest on the sim. However, with interest and training anyone can be good. Here's a thing I witnessed: a woman who never flew in her life, with little aeronautical knowledge, managed to land a Boeing 737 more or less cleanly. The instructor was in the seat next to her, giving instructions. In a full flight simulator. But still, that's quite impressive.
