I swear.. some of you guys take those forums and discussions WAY too seriously..

 

I would have answered jokingly in my own thread, but apparently some people taking forums and jokes way too seriously had it closed....

Some People cant take a joke. and some times it's hard to tell in text messages if it a joke or serious.

Yea, you can't make jokes here. I did it when I first joined and got immediately scolded by a mod, and negative rep from Wags which is close to 200 points. So I deleted that post and apologized, and someone game me more negative rep for that! I had a big red rep scar for quite a while. Keep it serious.

Ah, there is room for jokes on this forum - it´s just that it´s always the same.

 

If there is a rough estimate given in form of e.g. "probably in July" then you can be sure that on the 1st of July there is a topic asking why XY isn´t there already.

 

I think people are just fed up a bit with such topics - even if they are meant to be funny.

Pretty much this. Same as the wishlist posts "DCS needs a blahblah" threads.

 

It's mostly because for every non-serious joke thread, there's normally dozens of posts by people who aren't joking asking the same thing.

 

Also, I wouldn't be suprised if this gets locked, it's wildly off topic for the sub forum and discussing a closed thread.

I have noticed in some threads how some take this stuff a lil to seriously...Its a game,not real life,its the internet so shake it off...

 

When people take stuff said online to seriously,makes a person wonder how they deal with real life..
