Feel free to contact me , i am here to chat and make alot of 3d stuff in the future :-) here are the ZUBR pictures , rendered from my 3dmax7 enjoy Roger :-) http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/ http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/ZUBR.jpg http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/ZUBR2.jpg http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/ZUBR3.jpg http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/ZUBR4.jpg http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/ZUBR5.jpg
SuperKungFu
Wow very impressive. Your skills will be most welcomed around here. Keep up the good work and welcome to the forum. Since you said you don't really do animation, that's fine, maybe static object would interest you. Take a look at this site for some ideas. http://www.lockon-models.com/index.php?showtopic=26 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
ALDEGA
Nice work. Btw, didn't we have this vehicle in Flanker 2? I never noticed that it was dropped in Lockon.
Trident
Nope, we had the smaller Tsaplya (spelling?) of the MBG in Flanker2.X. This means that there's a slot available for this fine (and more appropriate) model though, good work!

504 Wolverine
Nope, we had the smaller Tsaplya (spelling?) of the MBG in Flanker2.X. This means that there's a slot available for this fine (and more appropriate) model though, good work! Yes slots are there to add a good few more ships. Was mucking about with the Flanker 2 models a few months ago before starting my 25T skins again. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a47/504Wolverine/InvasionFleet1.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a47/504Wolverine/InvasionFleet2.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a47/504Wolverine/InvasionFleet3.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a47/504Wolverine/Invasionfleet4.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a47/504Wolverine/Borascreenie.jpg Still a lot of extra slots there from Flanker 2 :smilewink: http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a47/504Wolverine/badday.jpg

Pilotasso
Oh man those are beatifull models. Do you happen to have one of the F-16? Or F-15? (we already have another modeler working on Su-27). Your polygon count is just about ideal for the detail intended. I ask this because Im not as talented as you and have real trouble with organic shapes. I have been searching these last days for an F-16 canopy and canopy mount as my pic on the previous post shows. 3d Roger
Hi Pilotasso , yes i can make you an f16 for sure - i have plans for various different versions of the f16 , can you give me an idea of how many polys you would like ? do u need drop tanks and weapons and stuff like that ? let me know and ill do some preparations ready to model it over the next couple of months ) Here are some pics of my Tornados , they are 5640 and 6993 polys , 2 models - one the pointy nose interceptor , the other the stubby nose ground attack version - excuse my ignorance ive forgotten their proper titles lol ) anyway - i would probable enhace both these before donation to lomac - make them abit rounder in a few areas ) Roger http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/Tornados.jpg http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/Tornados2.jpg http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/Tornados3.jpg http://www.daviesr.freeserve.co.uk/Tornados4.jpg
Pilotasso
Thx for the reply Roger. I currently only need the front section of the aircraft containing the pit (single seat). I dont need the whole aircraft nor any stores, just the pit and the immidate airframe surroundings. So if your doing the F-16 for your other plans and if your offering it to me, then I only have to crop what I need from it. Lockon Su-25 currently has 50000+ Polygons (triangles I think, since all quadrangular faces are coverted to triangles for ingame use) I was trying not to exceed 2000 polygons for the pit. Currently I already have close to 1000, although this objective can be flexible for not sacrificing decent detail. Again much apreciation for your attention. Pilotasso
use the Eurofighter in what way? Transvesti an F-15? There are no slots for new aircraft just replacments of what you already have. Pilotasso
naaa, that will look like a demoralization campaign, and I'm not looking forward to spoil everybodys party. :D My little project is a long shot in the dark, but it will be fun to try another pit even if it will be mostly innert. 3d Roger
Frankly i am quite happy to transvestite models to get them in game i view lomac as a virtual world , and i tend to fly aircraft in that virtual world as unrealistic as possible eg infinite fuel and weapons etc , easy flight model - i like lomac for its virtual world and its mission editor possibilities - and the possibilities of new 3d model entities to place , to make fun cool new missions . this transvestitism of models does not present me personally with any ethical problems becoz i am not a harcore realism focussed flight simmer - no offence to those that are , im just not that way inclined or interested in 100 modes of bvr radar etc , and is the flight model correct ? etc - to me lomac is a flight sim virtual world pc game and thats how i view it and play it ) i am a big fan of being able to fly any plane / 3d shape in said virtual world for fun , if a new 3d aircraft model can go into the game skinned , looking good , and flyable from a correct 3d external view , then i personally am happy to play the game that way ! cheers Roger ps more model pics to follow later )
