@Fakum: The unzipped zip file should work like this. If an update was performed by DCS, the mod should be deactivated briefly via JGSME and then activated again.

 

 

 

For all others, a little info. It soon follows a 2nd version of the mod. I only tell so much ... From black becomes bright !!! :music_whistling:

Thank you, I do disable all MODS in JSGME before I update. That does not apply here as I simply downloaded the MOD last night and utilized it in JSGME. No updates to DCS yesterday at all by me. My JSGME file structure seems ok to me, but that's why I posted it, to make sure it looks right. Its obvious by the to screen shots I took there does not seem to be any difference at all with it enabled in JSGME or not?

Maybe it's me, but I can see some very small differences between the two screenshots. Maybe you simply spawned in an area of the map that was only slightly changed? Try over Kutaisi.

@Fakum: your mod is Active. The difference in this area and this scale, is the sharper picture. Look at the numbers, or the city names.

The best result you can see on the 1: 250k cards ...

Hmmm,, I do actually see a slight sharpness in the text now that you mention it. I was looking at the topography differences compared to the examples shown in the OP. I did originally take screen shots at "5" vs "40", didn't see the difference there either, but I see what your saying,,, thanks for the feedback.

There was some sort of "donation" request to get a non-watermarked version of the mod that I didn't totally get, and that part was removed due to ED's non-donation policy. I guess the OP removed the entire mod for now pending decisions.

It has taken a little bit but now life comes back to life. I would like to make a brief statement here.

Unfortunately, I had to put our mod offline, because some questions had emerged, which first had to be clarified.

Nevertheless, I will take my personal steps out of it and do not offer this mod on this platform.

But do not worry, the mod just gets a new home. This thread is still to be kept alive, and I will offer you here at any time support and at any time your questions to the Mod answer.

 

What I am not going to do is answer questions that are asked about the why. In the sense of the resulting situation and the affected user, it would not be fair about internas to wash dirty laundry. We are concerned about the Mod and therefore to let you participate in it.
