Recommendation: FC3 F-15C - Default aircraft model to have left and right wing pylons when ACMI Pod is installed. Currently, you fly around with one Pylon on a wing and it's asymmetric and unrealistic. Recommendation: FC2 F-15C - Add Functional Tailhook Texture. Make the tail hook movable on the model and usable in game. Consider this especially if realistic cable barriers are planned for 2.5 maps! Recommendation: All NTTR ATC - Change QFE to "Altimeter" in the radio call from controller. Recommendation: Change the runway magnetic headings from TRUE to Magnetic as they are all off realistic readings. AV8R:pilotfly: "There are only two types of aircraft, Fighters and Targets." WHOGX5 Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 IRL U.S aircraft carrying the ACMI pod carry AIM-9 and AIM-120 CATMs on the other stations, and since we have those in DCS, the pylon missing is not an issue. -Col. Fri13 Posted January 3, 2017 Posted January 3, 2017 F-15C cant withstand carrier landings, the undercarriage and fuselage are not designed for such impacts. As Stated, Loadouts Should have training AIMs on opposite sides Recommendation: FC2 F-15C - Add Functional Tailhook Texture. Make the tail hook movable on the model and usable in game. Consider this especially if realistic cable barriers are planned for 2.5 maps! Pointless as FC2 Does not Function w/ DCS World. FC3's F-15C has Animated and Deployable Emergency Hook. FC3's F-15C has Animated and Deployable Emergency Hook. The Eagle Hook as well as other USAF aircraft is merely for runway cable arresting in a hydraulic or brake failure situation. NTTR has the cable areas marked on both ends of the runways and wouldn't it be nice if we could contact tower and have them raise the cable and arrest on it to simulate the emergency.
