In a few simple single missions AI aircrafts don't fly at the speed that I set in the editor. I set 350 kn for a group of F5E but they fly at 277, and 400 kn for F16 and F18 but they fly at 317. They are all at 15.000 ft with full load. Is it normal or is there anything wrong?

The editor speed is in TAS (True AirSpeed) while the F2 view speed or in cockpit speed is in IAS (Indicated AirSpeed).

make sense I first thought km to miles, buts makes no sense.

The default airspeed in F2 view is IAS but you can change it to TAS using the LCtrl+Y key combo. And that solves the "problem".

uhmm thanks somebody decided to mention this matter,

no matter what i put as speed there, the ai bot will deliberately ignore it and would fly a near stall speed keeping up an oddly high pitch/aoa, that is something i dont really undrestand, why the ai bot would ignore the speeds you set there? i have tried to play around with forced ETA and GS checked or unchecked it doesn't seem to change that much of things to their flights and the logic of the whole thing seems to be confused.. with those checks/unchecks, i have never seen any bot flying cruise speeds at FL250 or above in a straight line, unless i'm doing it wrong, please someone explain how to make the ai aircrafts to properly obbey to speeds you set in the mission editor,! TIA

that applies to all versions, 1.5 ; 2.05 & 2.1

What airspeeds are you entering in the Editor and for what aircraft. Please give an example, since it's a problem I've never noticed myself--which isn't saying much. AI flying with a high AoA suggests that the airspeed you're entering is approaching stall speed for the altitude.
