jomar machado Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 I upgrade my DCS from 1.52 to 1.56 and now my videos are mixed up... The planes doesn't land and stop in the track, but now they run into the green grass of the field... Why they are this way. Can I fix it? Thanks in advance...:helpsmilie:
razo+r Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 no fix, tracks are bugged, wait for ED until they got a solution
Art-J Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 Also, keep in mind how track playback in DCS works - they're not videos, but ordinary mission files, only with controller inputs saved and added to them. When you "play" a track, the game just runs the mission again with Your old inputs. So if flight model of an airplane changes with game version (and all of them changed to some degree between 1.5.2 and 1.5.6), than the old controller inputs will obviously not work with new flight model and it's technically impossible to fix that. Apart from that, if inputs are not recorded properly in the first place, which seem to be the case with many planes in 1.5.6 at the moment, the tracks will not play properly even within the same game version, unfortunately. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

Buzzles Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 The long and short of it is to understand that track replays are version specific. Fancy trying Star Citizen? Click here!
cichlidfan Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 There really needs to be a warning message displayed when you hit the Save Track button. The message should explain that track recording is not reliable. It would avoid the numerous threads on this subject.
