Banned Account

Hi. I bought some keys from G2A and they are now blacklisted. I wasn't aware this was against the EULA and am very sorry if I unwittingly participated in fraud against ED. I have in the past purchased modules directly from ED and seemed to have lost access to those as well. Is my entire account now banned? Do I lose my legitimate past purchases I made? If so I feel that is very unfair, at least give me the chance to rectify my mistakes. I really love DCS World and ED deserves every dollar it can make from this amazing piece of software. I think removal of the blacklisted keys should be the only penalty for this, not an account ban

I would open a support ticket so that you can get in communication directly with ED.

your account is not likely banned, the keys have just been blacklisted.

 

Only DCS World keys purchased from these locations are valid purchases and can be activated in the Module Manager:

 

DCS E-Shop

Steam

Heatblur Store

1C, Gamazavr and YuPlay in Russia

Acealpha in South Korea

 

The re-seller ( GTA / Kinguin and others ) has sold keys that have been gained via fraud, please contact them for a refund

 

to continue using DCS you will need to remove the keys from your registry using the registry files here

The thing is when I even try to log into the game with my user name and password it won't let me because of the invalid keys. Guess I have to make a whole new account? I made a support ticket but never got a response. I'm really sad about this and am actually considering just selling my entire setup. I bought a bunch of hardware just for this game and now all of it is completely worthless to me.

No you do not need a new account.

 

you need to delete the blacklisted keys from your registry to continue

if it is an official boxed dvd you should have no issues
