Idk if this is the right place to put this, but after the latest Windows update my game started saying "No Internet Connection" whenever i try to log in. I already tried my AV/Firewall, renaming DCS.openbeta, and checking ports as well as portforwarding the ports that are required to be opened. I use Norton (i know, gross) and strangely the DCS Updater seems to run fine. Any help would be appreciated.

did you restart your computer?

Multiple times. Strange thing is that all other programs seem to have access to internet other than DCS. Im going to test a few multiplayer games to see if they work.

EDIT: Other online games work, DCS is the only failed application.

even though mine is not blocking it, did you make sure that norton doesn't mess your dcs up?

I checked the firewall and virus protection and made sure that DCS was excluded from all.

Anyone have any ideas? Ive tried everything I can think of and still can't get DCS to connect.

Happens to me too! My DCS does the exact same thing whenever I try to run it over a WLAN connection on a Win7 box, whereas it works just fine with an Ethernet hookup. And it's been like this for ages already - at least a year I'd say - so it's not something a recent patch brought up. Just haven't reported it since the cabled LAN connection works OK; but better late than never I guess...

PS. I'm running DCS as admin so that can't be the reason.

Check to see if you're running DCS as administrator.

I am.

I'm using cabled lan and still have the issue so that can't be it.

Hello, have you tried letting it rebuild the saved games DCS folders?

Yes, same issue occurs.
