Can anyone please confirm if Normandy was made by ED or a other 3rd party developer,If the latter are they also providing the optimization and bug squashing? I thought I've heard it was made outside of ED but can not find the source.Thanks

The map itself was developed by a third party, the rest, graphic engine, vehicles and others were developed by ED AFAIK.

The old 1944 WW2 kickstarter was build by RRG Studios. When that phased out, part of the team integrated on ED as WW2 team.
