  1. 1. Who wants a mouse cursor that doesnt follow your head movement in the virtual cockpit

    • YES, i need it because the current state of the in game cursor makes it hard to click on anything
    • NO, i can live without this option. Joysticks, voiceattak, hotas are good for me
    • I have no idea what this poll is all about.. :/

I wish the cursor would stay where you left it as you would in the hangar menu..

I find it annoying to use in game because the cursor gets attached to center of your vision while wearing HMD and when you make small head movements its like fighting the cursor for a precise placement on the in game button

PLEASE ED/TFC give us an option for have the mouse cursor NOT to follow head movement in game virtual cockpit so that cursor would behave as it would be in the hangar menu!

(side note : also add a centering command for the mouse cursor, so that if a user lose track of the cursor, the centering command would bring the cursor back into the user field of view, if ED implements the cursor not to follow head movement)

Does checking the "Mouse" option under the VR options of Settings not give you what you want?

not exactly. when you select mouse, it gives you a mouse cursor in game.

the problem is that the cursor follows your head movement, which goes against the actions of your mouse or trackball, making it harder than it should be to click on something.

if the mouse cursor behave as it would be in the hangar, but in game, that would be golden.

but unfortunately, the cursor follows your head movement in game

I could go either way, but i tihnk to solve the issue of losing the mouse and having to have a center button, you could just always confine the mouse to the HMD view, move left or right to much and it drags the mouse with ...

I like having a centering button.

but to confine the cursor in the with in the outer limits of the HMD view with dragging would BE SOOOO MUCH BETTER, instead of the center point that we have now :(

presently it is annoying to keep my head still while moving the mouse cursor.

Completely agree. In terms of realism, it also better simulates the ability to rest your hand on a button while looking around.

Please give us this OPTION.
