Magic Zach Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 You want to download DXTBmp to import/export DDS files. Drop DDS file into DXTBmp, then export it as an editable file. TGA or BMP. I don't know which is better. Then reverse the process once edited, drop BMP/TGA into DXTBmp, export as a DDS (there are multiple, can't remember which is better). Reflected knows more than me, he's been skinning far more and longer than I have. It finds you installation of Photoshop, installs itself, and you're good to go. Right click on the file you'd like to open, select "Open with" Photoshop. Knock-Knock Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 Or just grab the converter for Photoshop. https://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop CC isnt mentioned, and I only have experience with CS variants, so dont know if it still works for the CC versions. But then you can save/read dds formats, including mip maps etc, trough Photoshop. - Jack of many DCS modules, master of none. - Personal wishlist: F-15A, F-4S Phantom II, JAS 39A Gripen, SAAB 35 Draken, F-104 Starfighter, Panavia Tornado IDS. | Windows 11 | i5-12400 | 64Gb DDR4 | RTX 3080 | 2x M.2 | 27" 1440p | Rift CV1 | Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS | MFG Crosswind pedals |
==Wiggy== Posted January 27, 2018 Posted January 27, 2018 I use CC 2018 and the NVIDIA plugin works flawlessly. Cheers, Rick CSEL\CMEL\IFR Certified Airplane Nut
