I know the Spit doesnt have air to ground weapons like rockets or bombs but what about the fuel tank ?

Bombs and fuel tanks 3D models has actually into DCS, but not implemented (From 1.5.8 version), waiting about some news about them.

I will try and find out the progress, but can not promise anything, when ED are ready they will post.

 

Bare in mind this isnt just a case of adding art work, the fuel system has to be adapted and weight and COG etc.

Thanks Bignewy. I'm very optimistic. Drop tanks and bombs would open up entirely new dimensions for the Spitfire.
