Found this picture when just searching around the internet.

Apparently it is an A-10A from the 118th Fighter Squadron, CT ANG. This means the picture is at least 10 years old, because the 118th transitioned from A-10A's to C-130H.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/118th_Airlift_Squadron#Aircraft should answer the question if they now fly C-130 witch they do same ans the Montana ANG switched from F-15 to the C-130 it happens.:(

 

Search for A-10 warthog special liveries you may find what your looking for.

Here is an article it does not cover the black wings but will give you an idea of the different special liveries on the A-10
