Method #1 - The Professional

 

1. Sees bug/flaw/inaccuracy

2. Screenshots/documents said problem

3. Checks forum if already reported

4. If not, makes detailed report.

5. Possibly celebrates being First

6. Does not come back, jaded to the ways of the world

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method #2 - The Internetz

 

1. Observes ''Bug'' (definition can vary)

2. Immediately creates new thread, assuming First

3. OMFG UR SO STOOPID Y U SO STOOPID?

4. Returns in two weeks, creates new thread

5. OMFG Y U SO STOOPID U NO FIX YET?

6. Returns in two weeks, creates new thread

7. I ANSWER PHONES AT BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER AND WE NEVER DO THIS OUR POS SYSTEM SO MUCH WOW OMFG Y U SO STOOPID ED?

My personal favorite is when people report features as bugs because they bought something on sale and did absolutely zero research before hopping into the cockpit...:)

 

Or when we talk about FM bugs with people who have never flown anything outside of an office chair. That’s a close second for me.

if you press ctrl+tab to open chat while using trim on keyboard, trim will get stuck and you wil crash soon
