Mule Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 Hi, I'm trying to record in game VR. The software I am using records what's on my monitor. I don't want it to record the limited view of DCS when I have my headset on I want to minimise or hide that output so I can record the oculus mirror window. Does anyone know a way of hiding the DCS output? Thanks. Fighter Pilot Podcast.
Mule Posted July 31, 2018 Author Posted July 31, 2018 Ok doesn't seem to be a way of doing that. What about making the VR output full screen? I know it's a mirror of what's in the headset but is there a way to get a full screen. I know alt-enter will do it but it's a lower stretched resolution. Fighter Pilot Podcast.
Vannipo Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 Save the replay and replay it in 2D. If U don't change view while playing, it's like live.

Mule Posted August 2, 2018 Author Posted August 2, 2018 Yep, I ended up finding Jabbers video and it was a great help. For anyone who hasn't seen the video it also was a worth a watch simply to help lower FPS using VR. I followed some of the tips and increased my FPS by 10% or so. Great stuff thanks for all the help.
