I haven’t lost total use of my legs yet. But have lost the sensation below my knees from diabetes. This makes it extremely difficult to us he pedals at all. First finding the pedals with a head mounted display on. THen amount of pedal in use can only be determined by looking at the gauge . I mainly fly the huey which equines constant pedal adjustment. I know I can’t be the only user with lower extremities issues that would benefit from coordinated flight.

I use a thrustmaster twcs when I am on the road it has the rudder bar on the throttle and with practice works quite well. Not quite the solution you are looking for but I do find it better than a twist stick.

The prop planes have a rudder assist slider, something similar for helicopter pedals would probably be what you want.

Yes something similar something that applies the correct amount of rudder pedal or in the case of helos something that applies the. Correct amount or torque pedal to keep the craft in coordinated flight
