Just my little theory here.

Steam messed up and punched in the 27th instead of the 28th, and Steam went live at 19.00 CET on the 27th. So assuming the plan was for both Steam and standalone to go live at the same time, it could be a safe bet that standalone goes live at 19.00 CET today (17.00 Zulu if Im not mistaken).
