Welcome back to Basic Fundamentals MiG 29. Today, is kind of a long one where we go over landing with and without ILS assistance. There are a lot of aspects to watch out for with the 29. I hope you enjoy!

Also, just to clarify... the verometer in the MiG-29 is in meters per second... not hundreds, or feet, or whatever else I said about it. Having a hard time letting go of the US measurements lol... sorry. So, when I say hold 500 meters per minute... its 5 meters per second...

The touchdown sink rate is not visible in the two examples. This is not a naval fighter so flare out is not prohibited.

I happily see sample landing tracks with the latest openbeta version, seems different, seems harder.

I found the new MiG-29 hard to land at first, but with a bit of practice it turns into a challenging and enjoyable experience ... I really love the new PFM.

Here is a Bingo fuel landing that I had to make recently, a bit rushed, yes, but I didnt have the fuel to do a second pass ... the engine died while taxing into parking :D
