Xilon_x Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 you have to buy the forms with your money ......... download the DCS modules from a torrent and an illegal piracy.
Yurgon Posted December 2, 2018 Posted December 2, 2018 is it somehow possible to download complete DCS with all modules in one torrent download? Not that I know of. If you intend to download all of this stuff in order to put it on a thumb drive or take it with you to a place with limited internet connection, you could try to save the installers once they are downloaded. In any case, for all I know the base game installation with the Caucasus map will weigh in pretty heavy, and all the other modules will start their own downloads as they're installed from the module manager, so no, not a single download. you have to buy the forms with your money ......... download the DCS modules from a torrent and an illegal piracy. Why that? The installers themselves are distributed by ED. To the best of my knowledge, there's no protection on them, and anybody who knows the torrent or HTTP address can download them. Nothing illegal about it, unless I'm missing something. And OP never talked about playing DCS without paying for it. I'm assuming it's about downloading in one place/on one machine and installing/running on another, which would be completely fine AFAICT.
cmeliak Posted December 2, 2018 Author Posted December 2, 2018 what are you talking about here guys. I just don't want to spend 3 days installing it all again. That is all. More comfortable would be to setup download on my diskstation in switch off computer. After everything downloaded just install. Xilon you din't have to explain to me these things. Was here 10 years before Flanker 1.0 under MSDos. David OC Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 You only need to download DCS once then keep it updated or change to any version. Save a copy to an external drive just in case. You can even get someone you know on cable internet to install DCS, then copy the "full install folder" to a USB stick and send that to you. All the different things you can do with as many installs (Copy Paste) as you like. i7-7700K OC @ 5Ghz | ASUS IX Hero MB | ASUS GTX 1080 Ti STRIX | 32GB Corsair 3000Mhz | Corsair H100i V2 Radiator | Samsung 960 EVO M.2 NVMe 500G SSD | Samsung 850 EVO 500G SSD | Corsair HX850i Platinum 850W | Oculus Rift | ASUS PG278Q 27-inch, 2560 x 1440, G-SYNC, 144Hz, 1ms | VKB Gunfighter Pro Chuck's DCS Tutorial Library Download PDF Tutorial guides to help get up to speed with aircraft quickly and also great for taking a good look at the aircraft available for DCS before purchasing.
