Braeden108 Posted December 12, 2018 Posted December 12, 2018 This is more of a hypothetical question. I don't have specifics I'm just wondering if there is a limit. Thanks! Light the tires kick the fires! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Sokol1_br Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 (edited) For practical purpose in games the limit is 8 analog inputs (axes) per USB controller (stick, throttle, pedal...). But in Windows Dinput API is 12 axes, but 4 reserved to be POV HAT. But this POV axes need driver to be used in 360 degrees, instead the usual 8 "bands". Edited December 13, 2018 by Sokol1_br

some1 Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 Also not every program out there can support all eight axes, even if it supports joysticks. The primary six (X,Y,Z, Rx, Ry, Rz) are usually ok, but the last two (Slider1, Slider2) can cause some issues. DCS is fine. Hardware: VPForce Rhino, FSSB R3 Ultra, Virpil WarBRD, Hotas Warthog, Winwing F15EX, Slaw Rudder, GVL224 Trio Throttle, Thrustmaster MFDs, Saitek Trim wheel, Trackir 5, Quest Pro
