raresb Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 MiG-21 seems to have a new bug after the latest update in OB. It seems that it happens to blink more as you zoom out and less when you zoom in. Does anyone else have this issue?
Avernus Posted December 21, 2018 Posted December 21, 2018 (edited) Yes, I have this problem as well. The red cockpit lighting responsible for screen space reflections on the canopy seem to trigger this, using the periscope mirror only makes it worse. That being said, i was only able to reproduce this issue on my Radeon. Same test with Geforce card did not seem to have the issue. Edited December 21, 2018 by Avernus catn speel

Hiromachi Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 I have this issue with P-51 today, whole 6 hours of flying. But yes, also saw it on MiG-21. We will investigate, but it might be a general issue rather than specific with module. Schmidtfire Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 Bug is confirmed by ED dev. It happens when water is in FOV and set to High. To fix it for now, set Water to Medium or Low in options.
raresb Posted December 22, 2018 Author Posted December 22, 2018 Bug is confirmed by ED dev. It happens when water is in FOV and set to High. To fix it for now, set Water to Medium or Low in options. Tried yesterday to reduce water settings to low and on a certain area, water was pink and the black blinking was still happening. I will try setting it on medium. I saw a few guys with Geforce gpu don't have this issue. My gpu is AMD Radeon RX580 4gb
Hiromachi Posted December 22, 2018 Posted December 22, 2018 I have 1080Ti and also experience this. raresb Posted December 22, 2018 Author Posted December 22, 2018 Tried again with water settings on medium. Doesn't seem to solve the bug.
Thumper152 Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 I have been seeing this as well, not just in the 21 either but in all other modules.
Xenovia Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 I can confirm that it happens to me as well. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
