In the current issue of Combat Aircraft, Vol. 8, No. 9 (June-July 2007), there's a short article on the Hogs that the 188th Arkansas Air National Guard wing is receiving. I like the 'Razorbacks' artwork. Any of you skinners interested?

Deadman already made the skin and uploaded to Lockonskins.com some time ago, but the site is down right now.

Really? I was under the impression that this was new livery for a new A-10 wing. I'll have to look for it when the site is up again.

Are those black spheres on the tusks (IR) missile plume detectors?

Unfortunately, I have no idea. I was kind of curious about what that might be as well.

From what I've read on the forums, I'm not sure that LockonSkins is coming back. Remember it dissapeared once already. Perhaps you could get in touch with Deadman and get him to upload to LockonFiles?

Sorry Death, you lose! It was Professor Plum....

Deadman was kind enough to email me a copy. Great looking skin:

Perhaps we should start a petition asking him to upload it to LockOnFiles. :)

Good.

Maybe he can add the fake canopy under the belly which can be seen clearly in the pictures in your first post.

The two Black spheres on the tusk are the forward RWR antenna there are two smaller ones on the tail all so but there usually painted the same color as the aircraft. Thanks Noti A-10

When I made the skin I don't think I had a picture of the fake canopy so it was not included if i find time I may change it but for now i am very busy with real life

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.
