anyone has a problem with saving custom positions in the cockpit?

For me it seems like it doesn't save any individual position.

So Problem on my end or the module?

You mean Snapshots? .. I've beeen able to save them without trouble, and also customized the default view (NumPad 5) .. here are some of my snapshots:

I also edited the 6DOF values, on server.lua, so I can move a bit better within the cockpit, my values are:

limits_6DOF = {x = {-0.050000,0.35000},y ={-0.350000,0.100000},z = {-0.20000,0.20000},roll = 90.000000}

No, unfortunately the snapviews dont work well with trackIR

.. but my HOTAS allow me to bind several commands to a single button, so I can first pause the Headtracking and then use the Snapview key .. and when I press it again, it will turn off the Snapview and reactivate the Headtracking.

  • 3 weeks later...

snap view working well for me with TIR.

i've mapped custom instrument snap view on my hotas ( crtl+0pavnum ) and it works good.

and mapped 1 to 3 pav num for left, center, right view ( as mentionned and snapped by rudel-cw ), and works well with TIR.

i think it is a must have to quickly works with the cockpit button.

when i release snap view, i come back to my TIR view

for custom snap view
