Kazius Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 So ever since the F-14B was released I have been flying in that plane. I decided though to jump into the F-18, started up, took off and noticed my frame per second were super low. I was getting ~90-110 in the F-14B but only 20-40 in the F-18C. After a terrible trap because of the fps issues, I switched planes back into the F-14B and FPS was back up to 90-110. I jumped into an F-5 I had in the mission and it was still 90-110. Mig-21 again fine. Jumped back into the F-18C and FPS was back down to 20-40. Has anyone else been having fps issues with the F-18C. Or does anyone know the F-18 is having FPS issues right now?
delevero Posted March 20, 2019 Posted March 20, 2019 I am not aware of any fps problems with the hornet after the latest update. My game and the f18c run perfect. ( i dont own the f14 ) I would say its your game that maybe have become damaged Try to Repair DCS world. Alternativt maybe its the mission you are using with the f18 example a bad script in the mission can slow down the game allot.

It might have become worse after I turned on D/L and then in air switched to the SA page, but not sure if it was notible enough.

wholehawg Posted May 22, 2020 Posted May 22, 2020 I get a huge drop with F-18 as well and for me its not tied to the SA page. Its pretty much across the board :(
