GazAce Posted March 26, 2019 Posted March 26, 2019 After a mission I parked next to an F15 and noticed he had his Boarding ladder out. After I shut down I wanted to extend mine but for the life of me couldn't find it in the pit, looked everywhere... Chucks & Early Access guide & also in game Control Options. I'm thinking not available? ravenzino Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 No. Saw a thread discussing this as well a couple of weeks ago. Boarding ladder isn't available to Hornet. I wish ED could make it real as well. For now, the only way to see it is to place a static model of F/A-18C... i9-9900K, G.Skill 3200 32GB RAM, AORUS Z390 Pro Wifi, Gigabyte Windforce RTX 2080 Ti, Samsung 960 Pro NVMe 512G + 860 Pro 1T, TM Warthog HOTAS, VKB T-Rudder, Samsung O+ F/A-18C, F-16C, A-10C, UH-1, AV-8B, F-14, JF-17, FC3, SA342 Gazelle, L-39, KA-50, CEII, Supercarrier Preordered. GazAce Posted March 27, 2019 Author Posted March 27, 2019 I wonder why? No. Saw a thread discussing this as well a couple of weeks ago. Boarding ladder isn't available to Hornet. I wish ED could make it real as well. For now, the only way to see it is to place a static model of F/A-18C... Hey thanks for that ravenzino, appreciate it. bonesvf103 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 IIRC correctly, the boarding ladder is pulled out and stowed by the ground crew and hence why there is no control in the cockpit for it. v6, boNes "Also, I would prefer a back seater over the extra gas any day. I would have 80 pounds of flesh to eat and a pair of glasses to start a fire." --F/A-18 Hornet pilot

ST0RM Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 There is a LUA edit to make it deployable. I lost it, but know it exists.
Rob Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 It could be given an entry to deploy or stow the ladder in the ground crew radio menu, just like wheel chocks, ground electrical power, or ground air supply.
