freemind_fly Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 I like to switch between my joysticks (Warthog & FFB2). Is there any way to do this without having to delete and redo the axis assignments? I have the feeling flying with the FFB2 while the Warthog is still assigned is no problem but vice versa its a big problem.
dburne Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 Just unplug the one you are not currently using if they are conflicting. I have done this many times in the past. chief Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 I do exactly that. I use my curiosity virpil setup and TM. I set my axises in DCS and use joystick gremlin for buttons, etc. I have no conflicts after initial setup up. I use virpil for helps and TM for Jets. On my DCS helicopter profiles I just go into DCS controls setup and clear out all the TM pre assigned axis/buttons and vice versa when using Jets. Easy and take minutes.
Sokol1_br Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 A program called HIDGuardian allows you to hide USB devices for Windows.
freemind_fly Posted May 16, 2019 Author Posted May 16, 2019 Save different profiles? I use Steam so I guess that's not an option.
hansangb Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 I use Steam so I guess that's not an option. It's not a steam thing. It saves the bindings into an html file locally. hsb HW Spec in Spoiler --- i7-10700K Direct-To-Die/OC'ed to 5.1GHz, MSI Z490 MB, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3, NVMe+SSD, Win 10 x64 Pro, MFG, Warthog, TM MFDs, Komodo Huey set, Rverbe G1
