where to discuss the carrier module

I saw that the thread with suggestions for the carrier module was closed, because of forum rule 1.4, even though it was a relatively civil and constructive discussion.

 

Is it at this point in time not desired to give feedback on the matter, or was there soemthing else wrong with the thread or original post?

Can I open a new thread about the module for criticism and feedback. Would this be the right forum, or will there be a new carrier module sub-forum?

 

Ps: I'm not a native speaker and don't want to sound sassy. Would just prefer discussing it here than over on reddit, where people are always quite agitated...

Since the chit-chat one was closed as well it seems ED doesn't want us talking about it. I can only suggest non-official places like /r/hoggit to discuss the module.

Unfortunately, that thread turned into something way more than civil & constructive.

The team has taken all this weekends feedback and are currently chewing on it to see if they can find any other options, until then, I am afraid leaving open another thread on the subject might turn into another free for all, and I don't want to see anyone else get carried away and earn a suspension.

 

Once we have more news, we can once again open a thread up for discussion, but right now, many people are too worked up, and even a thread about features I worry would be a mess.

 

Sorry guys... I might open a new thread just for discussion of the preview video, but again, for the reason above, it makes me nervous that people wont come in with cool heads.
