Seems ok for me, are you using any unofficial mods?

 

Try a cleanup and repair or verify cache for steam it may help.

 

If you can give me a short track showing it I will take a closer look

People have had issues with custom skins installed either in the module folder or in Saved Games, you might check to see if that is it.

I can reproduce this.

 

The issue comes when you set the country to Canada, but use the "default livery" (which is actually american).
