How long does it take for an order to get out of ‘processing’?

I ordered a WarBRD base a few days ago. It was in stock, but still shows as ‘processing’ on the site. What’s a typical time for Virpil to despatch an in stock item?

Typically we estimate up to 7 working days, but during times of high demand this can bump up to 10-14 working days.

Mine was in "Processing" status for 16 days... Now the status is "Completed" and TNT status have been in "Collecting" for 3 days. Still waiting patiently for it.

 

 

Edit: However, when I wrote to Virpil about the wait, I received a very prompt response. Unlike Thrustmaster, wrote to them about my Warthog faulty slider when I got it out of the box. Thrustmaster didn't bother to reply even I wrote to them twice.

If the item was out of stock, then I can understand this amount of delay, but if it is marked as 'in stock' then why does it take so long to put it in a box and despatch?

I guess it isn't in the eu warehouse or they have the parts there but need to assemble them. Or the eu warehouse has no staff and Cypher flys over twice a month to ship the orders :megalol:

Ordered my T50 CM2 base on Aug 19, received it on Sept 3rd to the East coast of the US.

Yeah I think at one time they assembled them per order, perhaps they are still doing it that way.

Ordered a new base on the 2nd, shipped on the 10th for delivery on the 15th here in the US (keeping in mind we have a three day weekend coming up).

Same here, I ordered my case on the 3rd and just got a despatch notification for delivery next week!

Received my T-50CM2 base last week... it is awesome. Built like a tank.

 

 

 

Just ordered the "VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Grip" 3 hours ago. Got the tracking number just now. Estimated to reach me on the 3 days later.
