[REPORTED ALREADY]No escape zone for F/A-18's AIM120B and C is incorect

The no escape zone of an AIM-120C between the F-15C and the F/A-18C is different and I'm sure it's not corect for the F/A-18

See the attached pictures, which shows the HUD of the F/A-18C and a F-15C for a very similar situation (Speed ~350knots, Alt~6000ft). For the F-15C, the no escape zone is at @ 6nm, while for the F/A-18 it's not visible because it's marked at the same point as Rmax which cannot be corect.

Agreed, the Rne calculation is definitely off in the Hornet. Look at this thread: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=250074

You did well, I think it's a bug indeed or at least WIP. Either way, it's better if it's brought to the attention of ED and see what the dev team says.

Did you try to load missiles on the hornet to see if it made a difference?

 

As far as I can see you are comparing AIM-120B on the Hornet with C on the F-15.

When you play this game long enough you learn that AA missiles in dcs do not have no escape zone, so just disregard the scale.
