jppsx Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 is there a difference between the 2 tgp ? cause it seam much harder to see whit the flir on the f-18 tgp than the a10c tgp
Eaglewings Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 (edited) I think the TGP in the FA-18C Hornet is still very much a WIP compare to that on the A-10C which has gone through a lot of work. Little surprise to see that of the A-10C doing better. With time though, the Hornet's tgp should see significant upgrade. kaoqumba Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 (edited) According to their current plan, they will focus on F18 after the major update of f16c on November 27, and we can expect the update of f18c on December 4. It would be great if the update included the slave function of the aiming module!:) Edited November 23, 2019 by kaoqumba

The new Viper features are complex and can also introduce new bugs/instabilities to the sim. They will still need to squash/sort those before they start working on any new Hornet features, and this will probably take more than a week.
Weasel Posted November 23, 2019 Posted November 23, 2019 Good news from Wags (please check the mini update thread): Much of the team is now focused on big updates for the Hornet! This entails Track While Scan radar mode, AACQ, SPOT, new targeting pod features, improvements to the flight dynamics (like ground effect issue), and others. December should be a great month for the Hornet.
