I've inserted Stennis along with the static objects and clients to follow a waypoint. I've also inserted other ships as an escort. I've set the speed to 20 knots and a headwind of 13 knots to give 33 knots over the deck. Of course, to add realism I've also added a SH-60B as a plane guard. However, even though I've set the plane guard's speed the same as the carrier's the SH-60B slowly continues to creep ahead of the carrier. An hour into the mission and the helicopter is way ahead of the carrier.

Is their any solution to this?

I have the same problem. I tried to solve it by setting the exact arrival time to WP2 to be the same as the carrier, but then it would slowly lag behind. Weird.

After a lot of testing I've discovered the wind factor is what throws the helicopter's ETA to waypoints. I've found that having a 9 knot headwind and a travelling speed of 20 knots yields the most accurate results. The plane guards seems to creep forwards when it momentarily dips in altitude. I've positioned my plane guard at the realistic min distance of 1500ft/300yd portside close to the carrier's stern. Although it continues to creep forwards it's incredibly slowly. After a 4 mission I anticipate the pane guard wouild have travelled aligned to the carrier's bow.

Hope this helps.

I make use of this Script by @FunkyFranky and it works perfect, no creeping:
