fixed [ALREADY REPORTED]DED does not show on HUD unless page changed

When flying in NAV Master Mode, when I select the DED HUD repeater switch on the Right Console, nothing shows under FPM and other data until I change the page. I don't get channel numbers or steerpoint data until I change pages and DCS left. Unsure if happens with Cold Start.

This happened to me on a hot-start while online. I have not seen it happen during cold-start offline.
