Which campaigns are worth purchasing with the current discounts?

Hi all! Long time lurker, first time poster here.

I got into the game a few weeks ago and ended up buying Flaming Cliffs 3, F/A-18C, AV-8B, F-16C, the helicopter bundle and the Persian Gulf. At this point I've semi-mastered (or rather have mostly learned) the systems on Hornet and Harrier so should be able to do some actual missions and/or campaigns.

With that in mind and seeing the 50% discounts on campaigns - which ones are actually worth getting or considering for the aircraft that I have? Is anything that's discounted on Steam any good or should I just play the stuff that comes with the modules (haven't started anything yet)? Quite a few of them have bad reviews so not sure what to think.

Thanks in advance all!

Do an elimination: there are no campaigns for the viper and harrier. For the hornet there is only a training campaign by maple flags. So, I really think that you should take a look at FC3 campaigns .. of those, the best (in my opinion) are the ultimate argument and the georgian war.

For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra

Those two campaigns are unfortunately those that had discounts last week. Should've posted this earlier :/ Thanks for the suggestions and explanation though!

The F18 Aggressors Campaign is good as long as you have the Nevada map

That is one map I unfortunately don't have. Really wanted to buy it but I had already bought a lot so decided to get it next time.

There are plenty of really nice user made campaigns/missions for the Hornet and Harrier out there. Check it out on ED's main website (just click the eagle icon on top of this page).

Also, make sure to check out the "mission and campaign" sub-forum for some awesome DCE (dynamic campaign engine) missions that are either endless, or have a sort of savegame functionality

It's really worth while checking this out, as some of these mission editors truely are artists

System specs:

i7-8700K @stock speed - GTX 1080TI @ stock speed - AsRock Extreme4 Z370 - 32GB DDR4 @3GHz- 500GB SSD - 2TB nvme - 650W PSU

The two ones I have personally played and enjoyed are the Argo Campaign for the Huey and The Museum Relic campaign with the MiG-15, although it can be played with an F-86 as well

'Shadow'

Everybody gotta be offended and take it personally now-a-days
