Release Format - How do I use it?

Hi All,

 

I'm simply wondering once the Supercarrier enters EA, will it be like any new module that's released in that you'll have a bunch of options from the Instant Action menu etc or will it have to be used via the ME?

 

I'm suspecting it'll have to be used by placing it maps via the ME but was just curious if it'll get a little tab/square at the bottom like all other modules with its own wallpaper & theme music.

Good question.

I have high hope the supercarrier would get its own section as a module.

No aircraft carrier has been rendered like we would be getting so it needs to be represented well as module.

 

Training missions like launch operation as seen in the Wags video, case 1,2,3 carrier landing are possible missions in that section.

 

If possible, I would very much like a mission that would take you on a tour around the facilities in the supercarrier.

Missions will be aircraft specific, so the F/A-18C for example will have a set of missions for the super carrier under the missions category.

 

and of course you will be able to make your own missions as well.

Will the module be visible as an icon on the DCS Main Menu, like all other modules? And can we select it as a background theme as well? :)
