-now, i play with limit in the nVidia driver and without VSync

-Last nVidia driver.

-When playing on Open Beta it's impossible to fly bc sttutering.

-Tried disconnect internet. no changues.

-Game windows de-activated.

-Tried a lot of CPU affinity.

The hard drive could be an issue...?

Plus only 16 GB of ram.....

Try lowering the preload radius down to half and see if it helps. You need as much of the sim just in the 16 ram.

Then lower view distance to high and test etc.

Hi!

Ps, im on HDD. SDD is not an option for me to play.

The one thing that got rid of all my stutters was this.

Move DCS from HDD to new 500gb SSD.

56 quid and all stutters were gone.

If you can't do it, then HDD simply isn't fast enough to load assets.

With 32 is the same, maybe it could help an SSD as suggested here. I've 32GB and i still have terrible stutter with HDD.

Open Beta is crap, but ED is working on it. You can test it by installing last stable version, it should be OK.

For the moment, that's works more ore less.. I have now fluid gameplay with some 'stops' from time to time but still stuttering. I can see a 'cut' in the screen with the older photogramma.

Thanks! :D

I figured this was due to JF-17 ground radar usage. ... there's a twist to that, I actually found a workaround and it's the same one I already posted about, but I won't do sloppy TLDRs right now, I'll do a report about it later ... hopefully JF-17 trial doesn't run out as I didn't had plans buying anything yet, but yeah JF-17 is the next pick on my list.

I used to have stuttering before buying an SSD. I didn't believe it could make such a difference but it really did.

It's clear now that DCS and HDD are not "compatible".

I've installed some days ago an SSD 1T and removed the HDD, and now DCS "stuttering" issue is dramatically improved also online in a stressed server like the Blue Flag.

50% of our problems are due to HDD.

Well you don't need to literally remove the HDD ... use it for something else :)

Yes we talked about it years ago, they made SSD a requirement by official specs a year ago or so ... make sure you guys are reading the official specs I guess.
