I just did the stock F-14 case I Caucuses mission a few times. When in air start, I immediately called ATC>cvn74>inbound and there was no response. I flew it anyway and heard from no one but when I rolled into the groove the IFLOS came up on the left side of the screen and I trapped. Only then did I hear from anyone which was a text message with my grade, no grade—no comms.

Tried again same thing, got a trap grade though.

How come I can’t raise anyone on the radio?

Also, are the elevators working? I taxied to the aft eland parked but nothing happens. I took a nice camera tour of the hangar deck though.

I also noticed that there were no stock Supercarrier missions for the Hornet.

those you flew are Instant Action missions for Tomcat.

However, for Hornet, you have to enter "Mission", then choose F-18 module, and inside the massive list of available things, you will find several named "Super Carrier"...

Did you tell Jester to tune radio to communicate with the carrier? I tried that mission too a couple of times and I think it worked as intended...

Huh, that's odd, I looked in the Missions section, then chose my F-18 module and looked through all the missions and there isn't a single one with "Super Carrier" in the names of the missions... I've downloaded the module so I'm wondering what's up?:dunno:

I had the same issue in the Tomcat but in my case I set up the mission in the editor, set the radio freq for the George Washington and had jester tuned to that same freq. No response from the carrier.

In MP I was able to get An LSO on the Stennis just no Supercarrier eye candy. But the ball and the LSO were working

I found the missions in the Hornet mission section, more toward the bottom nestled in.
